Erwine Home Health is a Medicare Certified Agency established in 1993 by Mary Erwine as a home health agency. The Private Duty Health Care Division became part of the company in 1995 and the Hospice division was added in 2004. Mary holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from College Misericordia, Dallas, PA and is a recognized community leader and health care champion.
Erwine is approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Health Division of Home Health Services, Medicare and Commercial Insurance and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Home Health Agencies. Erwine also received Joint Commission Accreditation with Commendation in 1995 and again in 1998, 2001 and 2004. In 2006 Erwine received CHAP Accreditation.
Mary Erwine and Erwine Home Health and Hospice Inc. and Erwine Private Duty Health Care Inc. have been recognized many times for achievement, quality of service and contributions to the community.
